ECSE’s principal member has decades of professional environmental engineering experience in regulatory matters at the national and international level. Regulatory areas of environmental compliance expertise include the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA); the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA, aka, Superfund); the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and the Safe Drinking Water Act.
