ECSE provides specialized engineering services related to ENERGY STAR® benchmarking, audits and certifications. We provide accurate assessments and audits which conform to EPA’s latest guidance.
ENERGY STAR® Services
ECSE has been designated by EPA as an ENERGY STAR® Service and Product Provider (SPP) Partner. Additionally, ECSE’s Managing Member has also been recognized by EPA as one of the USA’s Most Active Licensed Professional due to the number of buildings which he benchmarks and certifies yearly under the ENERGY STAR® program. ECSE has proven ENERGY STAR experience and a demonstrated track record of providing superior services to its clients.
ECSE provides the following ENERGY STAR services nationally and in the Denver area:
• Auditing Portfolio Manager data for ENERGY STAR® building label requirements
• Certifying qualified buildings for the ENERGY STAR® label
• Providing assessments and analysis of ENERGY STAR® building efficiency data
• Developing building energy efficiency strategies
• Providing training to building management and professional staff for implementation of ENERGY STAR® programs
• Developing benchmarking programs for real estate portfolios
You can pick and choose from the above services or you may choose to have ECSE perform the entire process of ENERGY STAR building benchmarking, including entry of data into Portfolio Manager, verification of Portfolio Manager data, verification of environmental conditions, inspection audit of the property, and submission of an ENERGY STAR application, if applicable.
If only benchmarking is completed, the client is provided with an analysis of energy efficiency and provided suggestions for increasing energy efficiency.
