ENERGY STAR® Services
ECSE has been designated by USEPA as a Most Active ENERGY STAR® Service and Product Provider (SPP) partner. Additionally, ECSE’s Managing Member has also been recognized by USEPA as a Most Active Licensed Professional due to the number of buildings which he benchmarks and certifies yearly under the ENERGY STAR® program.
As a Most Active SPP, ECSE has proven ENERGY STAR experience and a demonstrated track record of having provided superior services to its clients through the ENERGY STAR program in the past 12 months. ECSE provides energy conservation metrics by using ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager’s web services to deliver 1 – 100 ENERGY STAR scores and energy use metrics as part of our energy information tools and services.

Technical and Regulatory Analysis and Regulatory Compliance Assistance
ECSE’s staff has decades of professional environmental engineering experience in regulatory matters at the national and international level. Regulatory areas of environmental compliance expertise include the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA); the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA, aka, Superfund); the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and the Safe Drinking Water Act.
